Delicious and easy beaver tail recipe
Ingredients:
- 300gr flour
- 7gr yeast
- 50gr sugar
- 125ml milk
- 1 egg
- 40ml vegetable oil
- 1tsp salt
- 1tbsp vanilla
Method:
- mix all ingredients with hook mixer until smooth
- put the dough into greasy bowl and cover with cling wrap, leave it for 40mins
- form the dough to golf sized ball and roll out onto oval shape
- fry inn heated oil
- cover with cinnamon and sugar
The original Beaver Tails comes with cinnamon sugar, but
you can add other topping like chocolate, nutella, cream cheese or even ice cream.
