Chocolate chip bread
Recipe:
7 gr of dehydrated yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
250 g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
150 ml of warm water
100 gr of chocolate chips
In a glass put 30 gr of barely warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and the sachet of yeast.
Let this mixture rest for 10 minutes it must double in volume.
In the bowl of a robot with the hook, put the flour, water, salt, olive oil, yeast mixture and chocolate chips.
Mix for 10 min.
Place your dough in a cake pan.
Cover with a clean silpat or cloth.
Let your bread grow for 2h-2h30 at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
Brush your bread with a food brush with a little water.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
